Calendar Study Time
Make your studies as important as a doctor's appointment, or some other meeting you would not even think of canceling.
Post your study schedule so that those in your life *and you* can SEE it. Pay attention to that schedule. Consult it first when you calendar social time. Try re-arranging other commitments so that study comes first.
