Just in case the electricity goes out or your computer goes down, bring two or three black pens. And, if you haven't ever handwritten an essay, do one as practice this weekend, just to prepare.
Don't let anything phase you. If there's an earthquake, so be it. If someone next to you starts crying and walks out of the exam room, you keep on writing.
Bring earplugs. Someone next to you will undoubtedly make annoying noises --be they sighs, sneezes, or the clickety clack of a keyboard.
