Take the time to think about class hypos, and make up your own! Take very basic fact scenarios, and see if you can apply the rules you are learning, to those scenes. Then, swap out a fact. Does changing that one fact change the result? Why or why not?? Go to coffee with classmates and argue about hypos. When you get one that is simple and makes sense to you (helps you see how a certain rule "works,") make a note of it in your outline. A clear example is sometimes worth a thousand words...
