Are you ready? Have you been doing practice exams?? If not, get cracking! Go to your Academic Support office and ask for practice exams. Find out if any of your professors have released exams from previous years on file. Go to the state bar website in your jurisdiction and download some exams from previous administrations in the subjects you are studying in law school.
Write your practice exams under timed conditions. Set a clock and a timer. Type legibly. And analyze. Reciting facts is not the same thing as applying facts to prove up elements of rules of law.
To master the skills of effective legal analysis and writing, you must practice. Just like honing any skill, this takes diligent effort, hard work and a commitment to success. Go to it! The time is now!!!!

Thanks for the cool badgees! When do we find out who the Petties nominees are???
